What if I lose my card at Firefly?

Any lost and found items will be taken to the Lost and Found tent inside the festival next to Guest Services. You can also look at our online Lost and Found at fireflyfestival.com/lost-and-found

As a backup, we recommend loading your credit card on to your mobile device for mobile payment in the case of a lost or stolen card. In some cases, mobile payment can remain active for a short period of time (24-48 hours) after a card is reported to the provider as lost or stolen. Check with your card provider for more information.
