Weekend and Camping Passes are shipped through UPS Mail Innovations (UPS MI) and take 7-10 business days to arrive after you've received your shipping confirmation email.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct to ensure your passes are delivered to the correct location. If you need help changing the address on your order you can find help here.
Single Day passes will be sent to purchasers via email prior to the event and validated/exchanged for an official Firefly wristband at the gates upon entry
Bring your printed or digital barcode(s) to the entry gates to be scanned and validated in order to receive your official Firefly wristband for entry into the festival
