How do I update my shipping address?

The deadline, April 15th, to update your shipping address has passed. If you missed the deadline and are in need of changing the shipping address, we recommend reaching out to Ticket Support immediately at (855) 281-4898 as they may be able to help if your pass has not shipped.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST.
