If unable to register your wristband, please check to ensure you are inputting the correct letters and numbers (UID numbers can only have characters from 0-9 and A-F.)
If you are still having issues, please email Ticket Purchase Support at 855-281-4898 or by emailing email@example.com, and you can expect an answer from them within 24 business hours. Hours of operation are 8am-5pm Arizona Time.
When emailing, please include your UID number, Serial Number, and the transaction number found in your confirmation email. The UID number is the number found on the back of the chip.
