My wristband is damaged, lost or was stolen, or I put it on too early and cut it off or someone else messed it up. What do I do?

If there is an issue with your shipment or your wristband is damaged, lost or stolen please go directly to Will Call upon arriving to Dover. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email (sent to you directly after your purchase) and a valid photo ID. 

Note: Wristbands that have been cut, closed or damaged by the Fan, can be replaced at Will Call for $20. You will need to turn in your damaged wristband to receive a new one. No need to register the damaged wristband. If your wristband was delivered to your home but you lost it or were not there to receive it, you will also be required to pay the $20 replacement fee.

Replacement wristbands will not be shipped. No exceptions.
