Yes! Follow the steps below to update your payment method or make a payment early:
AXS Purchases:
- In your Order Confirmation email, click “Manage Your Payment Plan”
- Login to your account
- Once logged in, click “Orders” on the left hand side
- Click on the order you would like to make payment changes to
- Click “Edit” next to your card listed in the Payment Method
- Add a new card and complete the required steps
- Once all changes are complete, exit out of the window and refresh your profile page
- New changes will reflect on your account and you may process a payment anytime before your payment is due.
Elevate Purchases:
- Login to your account by visiting the festival's shopping cart
- Click on "My Account"
- Login using your email/password OR the Facebook option
- Click on "Orders"
- Select your order using the order number or date of purchase as reference
- Click "Payment"
- Make changes to your Payment Plan Details such as updating the card, making a payment, or paying off your order. Finish this process by hitting the "Submit" button
